Standard Items: We
will gladly accept returns and exchanges with the original invoice and
tags attached (if included on original item) within seven days of delivery. You may request a full refund or store credit within this time frame. After seven days and up to 30 days from delivery, returned merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise return due to customer error are also subject to 20% restocking fee. No returns accepted after 30 days from delivery. You will be responsible for shipping charges on all returned items.
Returns are only accepted with prior authorization (RMA) from our customer service team. In order to process a return, please email support@plus-size-wholesale.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Style name of items you are requesting to return
- Reason for return
Our customer service team will then respond promptly with applicable RMA information. Authorized returns received in the above stated standard time frame will be refunded the full purchase amount to the original payment method. Domestic returns must be received within 10 business days from the date the RMA is issued. International returns must be received within 15 business days from the date the RMA is issued.
It may take
up to 10 business days to process your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns will be refunded in the method of original
payment or, if store credit is preferred, it will be applied towards your subsequent order.
Please note: items returned in any condition other than when
shipped new cannot be accepted for merchandise credit or refund. This
includes odor (i.e. smoke), marks (deodorant, dirt, etc.), or any other
alteration from new/unworn condition.
Sale Merchandise: No returns
will be accepted on sale items. No cash refunds
will be given, only merchandise credit (does not include shipping
charges). All sales for marked down merchandise are final.
